came in on sunday bank holiday what an amazing gem. great food for lunch and fanastic service. We found out that in the evening there was a live rock and roll band on.So we came back had one of the best nights out ever.Good Ale and Cocktails what a great night very busy tho so get in early if its a weekend. Will be coming back from London for my birthday.

Waste disposal from Commercial Recycling Ltd I have used commercial recycling for waste disposal (Canford site) & waste collection (Skip & Grab bag). I found the staff very helpful and their recycling facilities were really good. I would have no issues recommending them for waste managment ..commercialrecycling.co.uk

I brought a pair of shoes and a fascinator for my daughters wedding. The fascinator was reduced and it was made clear I would be unable to return it, however, no mention was made that I would not be able to return the shoes. After taking them home and trying them with my outfit and getting opinions from my daughter I decided to return the shoes 2 weeks later and the dress I had brought from Coast. No problem returning the dress, they were extremly helpful, however, on returning the shoes to Elizabeth Ann I was abruptly told that they did not refund. When I pointed out this was not made clear at purchase the owner just repeated it was her terms & conditions as shown on her receipt. I also pointed out this was of little use AFTER a purchase had been made and that a notice should be displayed stating no refunds. I was not offered a exchange or credit note and the owner/shop assistant was extremley arrogant and patronising and had definetly no idea what good customer service or customer satisfaction means. These sort of arrogant business do not deserved our custom.

DHF Builders - Home Extensions Nottingham

DHF builders were one of the local companies I recieved quotes from when cosidering modernising my kitchen & laying new flooring. I was happily surprised with the competitive quote from DHF and equally felt comfortable discussing my requests with the builders. The work began on the agreed date and the builders ensured mimimal disruption to my families lifestyle & homelife. Completion was again on time and I was advised and informed of all decisions and progress along the way. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and the finish is to a very high standard. Each area demonstrating superb craftsmanship. The solid wood flooring completed the new kitchen and we were so impressed that we continued the wood flooring throughout the downstairs of our home. DHF were only too happy to complete this for us. Finding local reliable builders is often difficult but with DHF, i'd be happy to use them again and recommend them.
