Otter Vale Products

I first discovered Otter Vale's wonderful range whilst visiting my mother in Teignmouth. My first purchase (of many!) was the Rowan Jelly (reputed to help keep witches away, so I thought I'd see what it did for mothers-in-law!!). I can't say it kept her away, but it IS fantastic with lamb! My most recent has been the fantastically named and no less fantastic tasting Devon Fire - perhaps the best chutney I have ever had, and immediately promoted to favourite accomaniment to cheese, cold meats, and anything else I can find an excuse to put it with.

My first port of call in Teignmouth (we currently live in Coventry and can only visit) is always the deli to buy more chutneys.

In short, if you haven't tried any Otter Vale products yet, don't waste another moment!

Tried Otter Vale's Onion & Pineapple Chutney whilst at a tea room in Winsford or Exford (think it was Winsford). Delicious. We bought some to take home. About to run out, so trying to find local stockist or mail order details. Great stuff.
