Quay Side Easy Brew

I recently dealt with this firm and their delivery date was spot-on, their prices competitive and they certainly saved me a great deal of time, petrol and road with their free delivery service! When I tried to post my first cheque to them for my order, I had quite a few letters to post that day and had dropped it in the street. I informed David of the problem and he rang me on a Bank Holiday(God bless him) to assure me that -even though I'd sent a second cheque- that they certainly wouldn't cash both! Some firms would -and 99% wouldn't take the trouble to ring on a Bank Holiday Monday. I've brewed for 32 years and have only ever received this personal type of service from one other brew shop. I may add further plaudits in the future, but I urge you to try them, whether you are new to brewing or an experienced brewer such as myself, looking for an alternative supplier to broaden the range of beers that you make. Their 1.8 Kg ""Docker's Bitter"" sits awaiting my attention and I may return to comment on its merits.
