Not happy....

Asked for an ecommerce site to improve on my self made one. Work not started on time after giving deposit. Having agreed to work asked, most was not done. Loads of errors in uploaded website (still are today). Took ages to get stuff done and emails rarely replied to and only to those questions he chose to reply to. Have sold hardly anything and was better off with my original site.
