Bad example of a great company

This store has demonstrated consistently lack of knowledge and service. A recent straw poll of group related stores revealed it is common knowledge the staff is this store are BAD! Do not avoid Richer Sounds they are one of the best retailers in the UK, but is you are in this area use the web site not this store.
