Brief business description

Computoz Systems LTD sells Computers, laptops and eveything that goes with them it is alson an Epson Express centre and an AVG Antivirus Software Reseller. We offer a full repair and upgrade service both in store and at your own home/business. Within the shop we have just added "Game Traders" who Buy, Trade and Sell games and everything that goes with them.

PC Issue?

These guys will fix it! 100% Had a major Isuue (for me) on the PC, Outlook went pear shaped, thought I'd fix it! Messed it up and messed up my Office programmes in the process. Matt did a 100% job for me, cost effective, can't praise them enough. Highly recommended.

Richard Garrett (some truths)

The review by Richard Garrett has been reported to Touch Local as some of it is untrue! When tested (within 1 hour) the item was proved to be in full working order, we did not repair the item as the customer states as there was no fault. Will never be the businessman of the year

Bought a wireless mouse of this gentleman and it did not work. Took it back next day only to be told that he would check it when he was ready. Loads of argument /disagreement etc only to then find he called the police. I think they were not amused by his antics. They were fine with me. This man does not deserve to operate in a customer is always right kind of business. I hope maturity helps him to establish what is good business practice and what isn't. He did repair the mouse F.O.C. (but then it was only one day old and should have been replaced. Cant recommend this man to anyone.

crap service

I paid £8 for CD Rom that came in cellophane wrapping. However when i took the wrapper off there was no disc inside the box. I contacted Computoz who told me to take it up with manufacturer. I explained my contract was with Computoz not the manufacturer. The person on the phone then implied i had received a disc because they (Computoz) dont send out empty boxes and he had no interest in helping me. I asked how did he know they dont send empty boxes if they are wrapped by the manufacturer? He hesitated,ummed and erred then hung up. Do not touch this company. This is worst experience i have had online.
