  I've used Exeter Valeting many a day on my way home.. to save me the time of cleaning my car. Everyone knows how time consuming this can be. They are excellant, cant be pleased enough. A fiver gets me a clean polished look car and for a couple of qiud more I can get the inside done. Thanks Exeter Valeting!

• dirty car, poor customer service

  I took my car in for a full interior valet for a moderately dirty car, on collection there was still dirt in between the seats and bits on the upholstery. If there was a rating of 0 that is what I would give it. When I complained I was given the response, 'well thats the best that can be done, they spent the time on it'. Disgusting. Would never use again.

• cant get fluff off velor seats

  we took a car in to have fluff and cat hair removed from inside the car. on collection the offending fluff was still there and we were told it was because the car had done over 100k miles, so nothing could be done. the grease round the seat belt brackets was also still there, and amazingly a car park ticket that was between the dashboard and front screen is still there now. not impressed.
