Now the snow has gone we're finding business has really picked up. The start of 2010 was slow out of the trap, but as the thaw is well and truly behind us (for now at least!) trade has increased considerably. Hospitality businesses, pubs and restaurants have seen a sudden increase in trade, with consumers chomping at the bit to go out for a nice meal and a drink, good news for us all.
Personnel Solutions have seen a sharp rise in applications from full-time chefs seeking new challenges or alternative employment due to relocation. Employers using agencies for recruitment can look forward to a steady stream of CV's from employees they'd actually like to meet instead of being inundated with inappropriate applications which is just a waste of time. Here's to 2010 it really looks like being a great year!
