Going Downhill?
John Gandy's used to be one of my favourite venues for lunch in the city centre... the prices were cheap and the food was plentiful and good quality. The redecoration seems to have reduced the dark and dingy look by a great deal.Recently though the prices seem to have risen and the quality of ingredients has dropped dramatically - the worst combination in my opinion!Last time I went in the staff were more focused on playing Wii Sports with some friends than serving the customers at the bar which didn't really help their image in my mind.I hope they get it together soon!
