She is dedicated to providing a highly professional and personal service and maintains good contacts with local medical personel. The newly refurbished clinic is in an ideal position being situated within a Fitness gym, with a wide range of modern exercise equipment available for physiotherapeutic assessment/treatment. GB Fitness is situated in the middle of Barnstaple with parking available at one of 4 carparks less than a 5 minute walk away. A full range of exercise classes for both members and non-members of GB Fitness are run by fully qualified instructors and, when appropriate, can be linked into a physiotherapy rehab program. The physiotherapist maintains close contacts with the exercise instructors and with the gym personal trainers where patients are interested in pursuing longer-term fitness goals.
