The help I need, when I need it

A friendly, efficient business run by someone who knows his stuff but is happy to answer my "stupid" questions and can explain things in language I can understand. As a sole trader (without the IT Help Desk I took for granted when I worked for a large organisation) I welcome the opportunity to ask for advice whenever I need it, for a small monthly fee. I was very pleased with my website, which combines an attractive layout with good accessibility, and I have received very positive comments both from people who already know me and from those who have found me through the Internet.
