We have used CLS for a number of years, initially launching the training within one of the properties and quickly sharing the best practice across the estate both in the cluster and nationally. The programmes enable the hotels to enrol associates onto the Food Hygiene programmes easily and quickly, ensuring full legal and company compliance for all areas of food service, culinary and housekeeping. New starters can be enrolled instantly and refresher training takes place every 3 years. The training is detailed and broken into manageable sections that can be completed within one session, or students can complete individual sections over a longer period. I am extremely pleased both with the programme content and certification, as well as the support we receive from the CLS team.

Creative Learning Solutions have resolved all our training problems in a cost-effective manner. With 200 retail staff it was very difficult to keep on top of the food safety training and each time we ran a course it meant losing 15-20 staff out of the shops at the same time which was extremely difficult to cover. The internet based training means all of our new staff are now trained before they join us and we were easily able to work through existing staff without causing any operational problems.
